In 2018, our Founder Nene Leakes had this vision of a global network of women supporting each other to be successful in their endeavors. Nene is an American TV personality, actress, businesswoman, author and philanthropist. The idea behind LOS was to combine her passion for uplifting others while giving back to the community.

Hundreds of members will embark on an exclusive weekend for business development training, workshops, group sessions, collaborative projects, and networking with top female executives. Our values represent women's empowerment, business education, and financial independence.
